Information you choose to share
When you submit a consultation request, this website stores your name, phone number, optional email address, city, solution interest, and message so RENS Energy Solutions can respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in the message.
Solar calculator and review requests
Calculator results can be viewed without providing contact details. Inputs and calculated results are held in your session for up to one hour. If you request a free review, we store your name, phone number, optional email address, consent record, and estimate so our team can follow up. We do not receive a WhatsApp message unless you choose to send it in WhatsApp.
Storage and service providers
Our hosting provider processes website data. Enquiry details are also sent to info@rens.com.pk through our hosting or email provider so the team can respond. Where enabled, MongoDB Atlas stores administration records, articles, project metadata, and enquiries through our secured backend service. Uploaded files stay in protected hosting storage. These providers may process data outside Pakistan. Access is restricted to operating and supporting this website.
How it is used
The RENS team can access consultation requests through a password-protected administration area. Information is used to discuss your solar requirements and follow up on your request. The form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Website operation
The site uses a session cookie for form protection and admin sign-in. Hosting providers may retain standard access and error logs. A hashed version of your network address is temporarily used to limit repeated submissions. This site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Project documents
Only project files marked public by an administrator are available to visitors, and only when the related project is published. Private documents require an authenticated admin session.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiries while responding to your request and for relevant project follow-up. You may ask us to correct or delete your details by phone; records needed for an active contract, dispute, or applicable legal obligation may need to be retained. Administrators can delete enquiries and uploaded content. Deleting an enquiry in the admin panel does not remove copies already received in the team mailbox; those copies must be deleted separately. Hosting logs and backups may remain until the provider’s retention cycle ends.
Blog photographs
Images attached to draft articles are restricted to administrators. Publishing an article makes its cover image public. RENS must obtain permission for identifiable people and customer property before publishing photographs.

To ask about information you have submitted, or request its correction or deletion, contact RENS on +92 339 2225577 or email info@rens.com.pk, or visit Office 14, 3rd floor Executive Centre, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan. Enquiries remain in the admin area until the team deletes them. Hosting backups may retain earlier copies for the provider’s configured retention period.
External services
WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Maps links open external services with their own privacy policies. Those services are not loaded until you choose to open a link.
