Our approach
The website uses semantic headings, labelled forms, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. Public articles and core enquiry forms work without JavaScript; the estimator has a server-rendered fallback.
Testing and limitations
Representative pages have been tested with automated accessibility tools and keyboard interactions. These checks do not certify that every experience meets every accessibility requirement. New admin content, uploaded images, and third-party PDF documents may introduce barriers.
Alternative ways to reach us
If a form, calculator, document, or page is difficult to use, call +92 339 2225577 or contact RENS at Office 14, 3rd floor Executive Centre, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. Describe what you need and the team can discuss another way to share the information.
Report a barrier
Please provide the page address, what you tried to do, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Avoid including passwords or unnecessary personal information. We will review the issue and discuss a practical way forward.
