The cookie we use
The PHP website uses an essential session cookie named rens_session. It supports form protection, temporary estimator results, messages between pages, and admin sign-in. It is not an advertising identifier. The application sets HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict and marks the cookie Secure when served over HTTPS.
Duration and control
The session cookie has no persistent expiry set by the application; your browser controls when it removes a session cookie. Calculator entries are accepted for review for up to one hour, and admin access expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Server-side session cleanup and hosting logs follow the hosting configuration. You can remove cookies in your browser; doing so may sign you out and invalidate forms or estimates.
Analytics and marketing
This delivery does not include advertising cookies, third-party analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or a marketing consent platform. A marketing cookie banner is therefore not used. If these tools are added later, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated first.
External links
WhatsApp, Google Maps, technical sources, and policy references are ordinary links. Their services are opened only when you choose a link; those providers then apply their own cookie and privacy policies. The website does not embed their trackers.
