Submitting a form, using the calculator, or requesting a free survey does not place an equipment order or create a paid installation contract. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only. Site access, survey scheduling, and project suitability are arranged with the team.
Quotations and project agreements
Before accepting paid work, ask for the equipment models, scope, inclusions, exclusions, price, taxes, payment schedule, validity period, expected timing, and applicable warranty and cancellation terms in writing. Changes should be confirmed in an updated written scope. Website examples do not replace that agreement.
Acceptable use
