Confirm the cover in writing
Equipment warranties vary by exact manufacturer, model, market, and supplier. Any RENS installation or workmanship cover must be stated in your written project agreement. This website does not promise one warranty duration for all systems or components.
Documents to keep
Keep the accepted quotation, invoice, commissioning and handover records, serial numbers, manufacturer warranty documents, and maintenance records. Ask who handles claims and whether inspection, travel, transport, removal, reinstallation, and labour costs are included.
How to request support
Call +92 339 2225577 with your project location, equipment model, issue description, and fault code or monitoring screenshot if available. Do not send passwords or account recovery codes. The team will discuss suitable next steps and any separately chargeable inspection or work before it is agreed.
Operating and caring for the system
Follow the instructions for your installed equipment and the agreed maintenance plan. Keep safe access available and report changes that affect the system. A qualified person should assess faults and electrical work. Warranty eligibility is determined under the applicable terms and law, rather than by an assumption made on this website.
Performance and third-party approvals
Weather, shading, loads, configuration, equipment condition, and grid availability affect performance. A feasibility estimate is not itself a generation warranty. Utility approvals, billing arrangements, and manufacturer claim decisions are handled by the responsible organisation.
Consumer rights
Manufacturer and contractual terms operate alongside rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ask the team to explain any unclear cover before approving the project.
